Started with one van. Grown by word of mouth.
Belvedere began in 2025 with a single contract and one belief: cleaning is a people business. Everything since — 100+ weekly sites and a directly employed, fully trained team — has come from keeping that promise.

Nobody reaches your site untrained
Every cleaner completes our four-stage academy before their first solo shift — and keeps training every quarter after it.
- Stage 01
Screening & vetting
Right-to-work checks, written references and enhanced DBS screening are completed before anyone is offered a place on the team.
- Stage 02
Classroom induction
Two days covering COSHH, manual handling, colour-coded systems, lone working, safeguarding and customer conduct — closing with a written assessment.
- Stage 03
Supervised site shifts
Every new cleaner shadows an experienced supervisor on live sites and is only signed off as site-ready once their work meets our audit standard.
- Stage 04
Ongoing refreshers
Quarterly toolbox talks, specialist modules for healthcare, education and food areas, plus annual recertification for every operative.
